Actually, this special day reminds me of the words that Guy said:" Don't Have a Good Day, Have a Great Day". I am thinking it won't fit any day if not Christmas Day. This week is still not a easy week, but we are growing. Here are some updates, hope it helps.
1. First, we would like to congratulate to those lucky guys that got the free Lytmi Neo 2.0. Awad Mohe'd Al-Tarazi, Arman Reyes, Ahmed Jamshaid, Antoine Lfvr. Congraduations. 2. Second, for those we are willing to accept the free splitter and 15% lifetime discount code as the solution to the Dolby Vision issue, feel free to contact our support team via support@light-mi.com. Of course, if this compensation package not satisfy you, you can also contact our support. BTW, the free splitter will be shipped out next week.
3. Third, we have postponed the shipment of new orders to Dec. 29 as we got quite a few issues reported by our dear customers, which takes some time for us to remedy or improve. So, if you ordered now, you may have to wait a few days. Also, due to the holiday season and new COVID19 restrictions, orders that were placed earlier will take longer time than we have advertised.

Thats a big Scam from lytmi...
I regret that i buy the 2.0...
I paid 100€ more than the 1.4 cost for HDR and i cant use it because the Color issue.
And i need also a Splitter for the 2.0 for Dolby Vision 🤦🏽♂️
And with a Splitter i got with the 1.4 also 60fps 4K for less money.
And i can't Refund because i cut the Stripes?
WTF.
Thats why they only sells 65inch Version.
Because all bellow 65inch TV owner must Cut the Stripes.

this company could have been so good.
But now looks only like a big Scam.
I dont want to hear a sry for that.
That didnt fixed issues.

Hi Jack, As someone who has returned his 2.0 version and currently has the Philips lightstrip (for double the price 😪) I can tell you that the HDR issue is not present there. HDR should just be an indicator for the intensity of the color, but not change the color itself (so red should not be shown by the lightstrip as orange, even if the red is very intense). But i guess that is just part of the coding on github you used and I hope you guys can fix that. Another suggestion would be to not let customers cut their lightstrip, as to improve the ability to return the product (this would mean more inch versions). Luckely I did not cut my strip, yet had a very difficult time to return it.
Sorry, but right now it's indeed unfixable partly due to the inherent brightness of HDR itself. And if you take a look at the Philips, you may notify the same problem, anyway, that is not an excuse. But right now, HDR is indeed whiter, paler than SDR mode. We did wish we can solve that by firmware update or software update, but currently, there is not good solution to it.
@Jack how looks with the HDR-Color issue.
I saw in the Facebook Group that we cant Update The Neo2.0 with the App...
So is this Problem not Fixable?
I feel a littlebit scammed right now.
Why i Paid 200€ that i cant use the Neo 2.0 with HDR...
The only Upgrade from the 1.4 is 4k 60FPS but with a Splitter is this also 4K 60FPS...
😪😔 i hope u can get us a New Box Version for free without the HDR-Weak-Color issue.
i love the SDR colors but i want to use HDR with the Same Color strength i Paid for this 200€ ☹️
