@Lytmi I've done this, still haven't gotten a response, I've decide that after a month of back and forth with no help from you guys that I'm just going to return your faulty product and purchase the Govee instead.

@Lytmi So I just regretfully upgraded to Windows 11 to see if that would be a fix, nope, still doing the same thing :/.

@Lytmi Is there a possibility you could send me a link to a previous version of the software that I could try? It's just rather frustrating to see all these videos online of people enjoying this product yet the software won't even open for me.

I'm able to control it with just the controller fine but I only get 3 modes or solid colors. Windows version 10 build 19042. Ryzen 5800, 32GB RAM, RTX3080. Even after a fresh install and upgrade to the current version of Windows I get the same issue. Before installing anything else.

Still hoping for a fix, would prefer not to have to return this for an alternative.

I'm using the newest version I'm honestly lucky if I even see the program on screen for this long. 9/10 when I try just the icon appears in the taskbar for a second and then gone.
