@NetX You are absolutely right, this system is cheap but in the end we are left with LED strips to turn them on with an application and give color to the wall. For that we have many more beautiful lighting systems much cheaper than Lytmi. Sometimes it is worth waiting and saving and buying an expensive product that we know will work. Lytmi promised many things that if I found out they weren't going to work, my money would be saved for a future product of the brand that works, which is what we all want... I don't know how Lytmi is going to solve it what you say... let's hope for a miracle.

If they make me a replacement box 2.0 for a new one in the future a box 2.1 but that really works, without lies.... we would all be happy. If they fix the problem and agree to replace your failed box with a new, working one, I'd be happy. If this is not going to be the case, then tell us clearly and we will request a refund and return (without paying the return transport, which you already pay once) and we will buy elsewhere. No entiendo tu respuesta para los que no aceptemos la opción del divisor, que tenemos que hacer, ponernos en contacto con equipo de soporte para que???, va a tomar nota de nuestro pedido y tenerlo presente para reemplazar caja 2.0 por caja 2.1 cuando este solucionado el problema???. Para que tenemos que ponernos en contacto con soporte, si ya lo estamos comunicando aqui. En mi caso, no quiero divisor, así que esperare al reemplazo de la nueva caja 2.1.... o dime como debo de actuar o que debo de hacer. Ya comunique aqui y en el grupo de Lytmi de Facebook que quiero para mi problema. Si debo de informa a alguien mas dime a quien y que decirle. Gracias.

I hope that to those affected by box 2.0, Lytmi complies and replaces only the box (as long as it is solved and working), since my strips are glued to the tv and I am not going to move the tv again, until everything is solved , or the anchors fall, which are already beginning to take off. Buenas Jack, espero que cuando salga la venta de la caja 2.1, los que compramos la caja 2.0 y nos sentimos defraudados, por que los resultados no estan siendo los anunciados en la pagina, podamos reemplazar nuestra caja 2.0 por la 2.1 lo mas rapido posible, ya que ha sido una gran desilusión comprar la caja 2.0 con todos los fallos existentes, y ademas después de una semana de estar intentando solucionar el problema 4k, dobly vision, hdr..... ahora miro detrás de mi TV y tus anclajes para las luces se estan despegando, como puede ser esto???, como se puede utilizar un cinta de esta calidad con el dinero que costo el kit???. Espero solucion de reemplazo de la caja 2.0 por 2.1 cuando este solucionado el problema..... por que esto esta siendo negativo para Lytmi y somos muchos los afectados... y por favor poner tiras 3m de calidad, es una vergüenza que a la semana se despeguen de la tv..... Espero buenas y correctas soluciones, soy fan de Lytmi, pero esto ha sido un duro golpe cuando conecte todo y solo funcionaron los colores atreves de la app. Por cierto dices que si todo va bien la caja 2.1 puede salir en el primer trimestre del 2022???. Algunos no sabíamos de este problema y instalamos el producto (quien iba a pensar que un producto diera esos problemas, cuando su anterior version 1.4 funciona bien), mis tiras se ajustan bien a mi tv 65", y las luces funcionan con la aplicación manual, el problema es cuando quiero ver películas en 4k, dv, hdr, ...... que las luces no se encienden. No devolvere el producto por que mis tiras estan usadas, pero si pediré un reemplazo de la caja 2.x cuando este actualizada, espero que acepten esta petición, seria lo correcto, cambiar una caja por otra.... y todos contentos.

Buenos dias, los que no queremos un dispositivo intermedio, no queremos un splitter, si no que queremos una caja que funcione perfectamente. Nos podemos esperar a la siguiente actualización de caja 2.x y pedir reemplazo??? o la actualización sera por medio de firmware??, pero si se dice que el problema es del chip de la caja 2.0, como se va a solucionar por firmware??... Seria amable de contestar, yo no quiero splitter, no quiero otro dispositivo detrás de mi tv, quiero su Lytmi 2.x funcionando perfectamente con mi 4k, hdr, dobly vision.... como ustedes vendieron. Esperare noticias gracias.
