@Lytmi Hi, I've tried with a new HDMI cable from the output and it doesnt work if it is plugged into the TV (if it is not plugged into the TV the Neo box flashes like its searching for wifi but as soon as its in the TV it goes back to the power light flashing)

Here is a video of me plugging the input (and everything else) in before connecting the power. As you can see only the power light flashes and it is not found. If i begin again and leave the "output" hdmi cable unplugged before i power on then the wifi light flashes. I open the app and search but it finds nothing. I think the unit might be faulty?

@Lytmi Hi  it does have input source, i have tried with firestick and playstation. The wifi light only flashes (but still isnt found) if i unplug the output hdmi cable. If the output hdmi cable is in only the power light flashes and the strips are not lit

Hi thanks for the quick reply. Yes i set up and plugged everything in before i search on the app. If the output HDMI is plugged in though it doesnt search for wifi, the power light just flashes. If i take it out the wifi light flashes and searches but then i open the app and search and it doesnt find anything. I've also tried reinstalling the app on different devices. The side light (stuck on right side) lights up when plugged in either USB. The bottom light only lights a few LEDs no matter which USB its in. Here is a short video just showing what happens when the HDMI output is plugged in
