In my opinion, that's BS. Early adaptors are getting screwed over.

It’s ok to get a refund when you’ve bought box late December. But I’ve bought it early December so my 30 days are gone and I’ve now a useless box here. @Kuba indeed, the splitter does not work. I’ve made a ticket to the customer service to hear what they’ve got to say. In fact: I've checked when I've received the box . It was on December 27th. So it's not yet 30 days ago. Yeah, it was send on December 11th so what now? @wendell hu @Jack @Lytmi Order day != refund day
