My Lytmi Neo 2.0 worked fine for approximately two days syncing video to the screen. Now the device has all black leds when on video screen and mode but works in all other modes. I have reached out in chat on the site and to support@lytmi.com but no response in 3-4 days. If I can not get a response in 2 more days I will be forced to begin the return process with Amazon where the device was purchased. Please respond ASAP as I would like to make this work if possible even if that means I need a replacement box. Thanks
