Hi there, hope someone can assist. I have a neo sync box 2.0 and was working perfect for about 2-3 days. the hdmi not doesn’t work and my tv displays weak or no signal. I’m using a roku ultra and have changed the cables and still not working. Have plugged the roku straight into the tv as well and it works perfectly so definitely is the neo sync box. Tried resetting and reconnecting it but still won’t find the hdmi signal from the roku. Any ideas?
