If the WIFI indicator did not light up, it means the sync box did not recognize the light strips. -Check whether the two light strips are connected well. Make sure the phone's Bluetooth, GPS/Locations and WIFI are all turned on, and WIFI must use the 2.4 G frequency network. Try again. Hi there, Neo sync box can only work via external HDMI device. And it cannot be used to sync with any internal TV APP. Please make sure it has the INPUT source for Video mode. Since NEO detect the relevant RGBIC and virtually put them into the algorithm to do the automatic calculation to correctly reproduce the colors at possible sections. Plz try the following setup methods: Setup 1: HDMI media device > NEO sync box > receiver/soundbar > TV Disable ARC bypass Setup 2: HDMI media device > receiver/soundbar > NEO sync box > TV Enable ARC bypass. If Music mode doesn’t work, set your receiver’s audio output to both speakers and TV. Setup 3: HDMI media device > NEO sync box > TV > receiver/soundbar Disable ARC bypass

Hi there, Have you checked the connection with the light and the controller? Please reconnect the controller and unplug the power cord, then reconnect after 5S-10S. Let it reactivate.
