However, those issues are far more technical and abstract than we think. Our technical team is working hard on these Dolby Vision and HDR issues and optimizing them. We have made some progress on it, but it still needs some time to confirm. We sincerely apologize that our products still did not meet your request and expectation. For the unpleasant experience, we have offered the below solutions for you: -For 2.0 version Dolby Vision/HDR faint color display issue, we offer $40 refund. You can apply the refund with the detailed explanation on our website, and you do not have to return the products: https://ilytmi.com/a/returns Please describe your issue in the application. We will approve the refund after confirmation. Dear all. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to you for the trust you place in us and in Neo 2.0. After multiple tests before the shipment, our developing team has already found out Dolby Vision cannot be used in Fire Cube and Fire Max. These days we have received some 2.0 feedback for the Dolby Vision on other devices. The R&D team found Dolby Vision cannot be used directly. And it cannot be solved by software upgrade, since it is fixed in the chip. We are dealing with the splitter solution for Dolby Vision. Dolby Vision could be transmitted to TV through this splitter. Our team will confirm this solution in 2-3 days. After confirmation, for those who have received the Neo 2.0 version, we would offer a free splitter. Thanks again for your great support and your understanding would be appreciated.

First, we are excited to see Lytmi PC ambilight (USB powered, software drived, multiple screen supported, zero latency, high accuracy, auto black bar refill, unlimited input video quality…) is on sell following neo 2.0 version, adding another member to the Lytmi Smart Lighting Sytstem. Recently, we got tons of feedback like these: "Does this one support hdmi 2.1. My tv doesnt though but just a general question for the future of the device." "My tv is 90% of the time in hdr at 4k 60fps. Im always gaming either on ps5 or xbox series x. Id like to review the future hdmi 2.1 unit." "That's a shame that it doesn't support all those things. Apparently, Philips Hue Sync box already has an update out (as per their website), that they now support 4K 60/120Hz and Dolby Atmos - so this would feel like a step backwards, although price wise it is a lot cheaper. "Does it support Dolby Vision? HDMI 2.1? 120 FPS?"
"You priced this well I think. I would be will to pay a premium for a premium model. ... So we are curious that are you also looking forward to the HDMI 2.1 version? And what's your expectation for HDMI2.1 version? Or put it in simple words, what do you need us to integrate into the HDMI 2.1 version?

Any suggestions that we can polish it further? 2.Our photographer took a random video clip while using the light mi neo tv backlight for movie watching.
