@Jack No prob. :) Anxiously awaiting my Neo 2.0, in order to see if I can assist folks, more, with it.
@Matty UK Odd question.. are you all seeing this issue with the Neo 2.0, right before the TV/Display?
Eg: Xbox/PS5/Whatever--->Receiver/Soundbar/Audio--->Neo2.0--->TV
I ask, because I've actually had issues when setting up some of the original v1 of a competitor's 'syncbox', where adding the device right before the TV, caused some odd issues with displays, too.
I was able to rectify it, by changing where inline the box sat, in relation to the TV.
Now, admittedly, that made the competitor device, even more annoying.. because my brother-in-law had to then decide where he wanted the AV sync to come from... either an XBOne or a PS4 (at the time), because for some odd reason, no matter what we did, placing the syncbox behind the receiver would produce strange visual artifacts (ghosting) on the screen.
Again, just spitballing/brainstorming here.. will experiment more, when my shipment gets here. (Hopefully before the work break during Christmas :)
*EDIT: Whoops.. just saw, below, that you managed to get some of the issues resolved, by doing just this... obviously didn't fix everything, however.
