Jack, While I understand the above frustration, this product has great potential, and a fraction of the cost of Hue. Great job, just some hard work on the backend needed. While there are many issues you guys are working on, there are two questions I have, one of which has been asked above, but was not answered. Is the NEO 2.0 firmware updateable via wifi? Are the issues above fixable via firmware update, or are they hardware related? In the App, there are several areas which the pages load in all Chinese text, including when first creating an account in the app, the map addresses are in Chinese, and the "Check for Firmware Update" page. Two recommendations for the app are as follows: When selecting "Color" at the bottom, it comes up with an error "The current mode does not support daylighting adjustment". I don't know that means in english, so a better message would be something like "The current mode does not support Color selection. Please select different mode from "Taste", thought I don't know what Taste is either, it should be titled "Effects" or something like that. Just my opinion. When changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit, it does not save, and stays in C. When first setting up my "Home" it wouldn't allow me to type in "Basement" as an option. I just tried again and it worked, but just a little quirk to look into. Thank you, Steve
